Choose free local delivery within our Greater Indianapolis delivery area or live USPS shipping elsewhere in the United States.
How Delivery Works
Your available delivery options are determined automatically from the shipping address entered at checkout.
Free Local Delivery
Qualifying addresses throughout our Greater Indianapolis delivery area receive free local delivery. Enter your complete address at checkout to confirm eligibility.
Nationwide USPS Shipping
For addresses outside our local delivery area, USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail rates are calculated at checkout based on packed order weight and destination. Ground Advantage is selected by default, and Priority Mail is available as an upgrade.
Subscription Shipping
Local subscription deliveries are free within our Greater Indianapolis delivery area. For other U.S. addresses, the selected USPS rate applies to the initial order and each monthly renewal.
What delivery options are available?
Eligible local customers receive free delivery. Other U.S. customers can choose USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout.
How do I know whether I qualify for free local delivery?
Enter your complete shipping address at checkout. Free Local Delivery will appear automatically when the address is within our Greater Indianapolis delivery area.
Can Moon Dog Coffee ship outside Indianapolis?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Rates are based on packed order weight and destination.
How is subscription shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated for each monthly shipment. If you add one-time products to your first subscription order, checkout may show the combined initial shipment separately from future subscription renewals.
What address information should I provide?
Please provide a complete street address, apartment or suite number when applicable, and accurate contact information.
How will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an email with tracking information after your shipping label is created.
What should I do if there is a delivery problem?
Contact Moon Dog Coffee as soon as possible, and we will help investigate the shipment and determine the best next step.
