These Subscription Terms explain how Moon Dog Coffee subscriptions work, including monthly billing, blend selections, delivery and shipping, cancellations, price changes, and customer responsibilities. Please review these terms before enrolling.

Become a Founding Member and receive two freshly roasted 12 oz. bags of your choice each month. Founding memberships are limited to our first 25 subscribers.
How do I start a subscription with Moon Dog Coffee?
Choose the blend for each of your two monthly bags, complete checkout, and create your account. Your subscription will then renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Moon Dog Coffee account. Changes submitted after an order has begun processing may apply to the following month.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout. A valid payment method must remain connected to your account for monthly renewals.
Is there a minimum subscription commitment?
No. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled, with no long-term commitment or cancellation penalty.
How are subscription shipments handled?
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped promptly to help ensure your coffee arrives fresh. Free local delivery is available throughout our Greater Indianapolis delivery area. For other U.S. addresses, USPS rates are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination and apply to each monthly renewal. If one-time products are added to the initial subscription order, checkout displays the combined initial shipment separately from future subscription shipments.
What if I have issues with my subscription delivery?
Please contact Moon Dog Coffee as soon as possible if your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
